Grand Re-Opening

Hello Everyone,
We are still in full-on sale mode at the store, even more has been marked down, and its beginning to look a little thin... But not to worry, spring merchandise is just around the corner. Soon the store will be full again with some of the freshest spring men's and women's clothing and accessories in the Northwest. So, to go along with the anticipation of a great season, we are taking advantage of the calm before the storm and having a January remodel... We will be closed from January 28th - February 1st to take out the dropped ceiling that haunts the front 3/4 of the store, and make it 15 foot ceilings throughout. We are making the store as wide open as possible with a few new lighting styles as well. I can't wait for everyone to see this, I have had this planned for a really, really long time!
To kick off the new space, we are going to open Friday night, (Feb.1st) at 7 pm to hold a reception for Portland artist Alex Steckly. Alex will be showing new paintings which will be the largest group of work every shown at Local35. At roughly 3'x8', this will really give the new store a chance to shine! Grand Re-Opening Info...

The largest selection of Surface to Air jewelry ever, new spiewak coats, Triple Five Soul for men and women, Endofanera, Nooka watches, RVCA, WESC headphones, Morphine Generation, Mike & Chris for men and women, a few limited Chrome bags and Stephenson high-waisted denim for women.
A.P.C. is scheduled for delivery late next week, as well as Crate denim, and a huge women's Anzevino & Florence order.

November Update

Hey Guys,
We have still been receiving a ton of new fall clothing, and the store is about as full as it can get without looking like Nordstrom. So far, I feel this has been the most complete and progessive fall collection we have put together to date, men's clothing in particular.
Btw, we just locked down APC for an immediate order! Say "hello" to your new favorite jean!
IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS!!!
So in celebration, ew are having a huge Second Thursday party at the store. November 8th, 7pm we will be hosting a live session by Portland's favorite indie dance dj: COPY!
Also, comic artists and mulitmedia moguls the Pander Bros. will be live painting in store throughout the evening. Check them out on myspace for more info, these guys are amazing. They will be also celebrating the release of their new graphic novel "Accelerate".

We will be having a Anniversary sale starting on Friday, November 9th and continuing through Sunday. 11-8 Friday and Saturday, 11-6 on Sunday.

Fall Clothing has Arrived

Hello,
This month officially kicks off fall clothing at the store. We have not seen the store this full since, well, last fall. But, by far, this is the best collection yet at Local35!
New Fall Lines for Men: WESC, Modern Amusement, Corpus, Bblessings, Nudie, Yoko Devereaux, 429, Spiewak, J. Lindeberg, Property of..., Nooka, Brown Sound and DB Clay.
For Women: Morphine Generation, Anzevino and Florence, WESC, Gentle Fawn, Corpus, Porperty of..., Spiewak, Insight and CiCi.
We will have an outside rack this weekend with new items on sale too.
Also this month we are kicking off our sports inspired photo ad campaign for fall. First off... "The Local35 Racquet Club". Check it out in this weeks Mercury.

New Season - New Arrivals - New Lines

Hello,
Fall is almost here, and although that sucks that summer is ending, it also
means we can once again dress in the best clothing of the year.
We started to receive new men's collections from Brown Sound, Modern Amusement, Quentin & Claude, Imperial selvedge denim from Austraila, new styles of Nudie denim, fall RVCA. A new line for Local35: BBlessing, NYC, amazing selection of T's and a few fleece jackets. Surface 2 Air clothing may also show up in time for the weekend.
New bags and wallets from "Property of...", new wallets from the guys at F.U.N as well.
For women, we have an amazing order from Morphine Generation arriving tomorrow afternoon. New WESC in stock as well as Gentle Fawn. Anzevino & Florence should be arriving very shortly, as well should Cheap Monday denim and collection.
This is just the start to an amazing season at the store. Be sure to stop by, say "hi", and get ready for the cold while the selection is the best!
